Kevin Brassard, Chief Information Officer of Nichols College explains what it's like to work in a "Learning Organization." Tech is fun and exciting but the right "gadget" has to be applied properly to support and enhance education. Team based learning classrooms are explained as is the importance of process analysis, technology projections, and code efficiency. 

7 Seniors from the Nichols College Bison Football Team discuss the ups and downs of their collegiate experience as athletes on a program in rebuild. Three wins over their first 3 years, these gritty "ballers" never lost heart, finishing their senior year at 6-4, the best record in 13 years. They planned, they organized, they led, and evaluated, but most importantly they played their hearts out to change the course of the Bison Herd.
